You said on the tester it was always coming back up to the correct pressure, but how long did that take? Could you be taking shots faster than the reg can settle?

No mate when I tested it I counted to 5 between each shot.

If you understand how they work only two of those are active.
Google how to build a stack.

Sorry but how they are built, adjusts the power which is forbidden to be talked about on the forum.

That's how it came straight from huma.

Spud gun is correct the washers should be “cupped” they definitely are not they may be different thickness’ and should be stacked accordingly.

Just seen a picture of a sub 12 daystate huma regulator and it's stacked the same

Nice fast reply from huma 👍🏻. Posted this up to help anyone else who is having issues and for future problems.

Looking at the picture of my huma stack the configuration is correct but the order of thick and thin Belleville's is not, my stack goes ,thick, thin, thin ,thick, thick ,thin.

Looks like your thick’s and thins are mixed up 😜

Out of interest, have you replaced the O ring on the adjuster screw, maybe it’s had a nip when fitted originally.
I have just ordered a couple of delrin discs and a reseal kit from Huma and will strip mine when it arrives

I will check the adjuster screw o ring later.
I measured the depth at 2.3mm deep it was 85 bar but don't know what it will be now I have changed the order of my Belleville's.

The o-ring sizes I have for the Huma reg internals are
12.5 x 1.5 NBR70
5.5 x 1.5 NBR70
which someone posted here in an email from Huma, might be in the O ring thread.
