Who would have thought that before the Tactical rifles arrived, that you could end up spending as much again on all the add ons available nowadays.
I think it’s part of the fun as well, customising / personalising etc. But for sure , buying a tac rifle, I need to expect the cost to be just startingWho would have thought that before the Tactical rifles arrived, that you could end up spending as much again on all the add ons available nowadays.
Might need a touch more rotor tension, theres a video on my youtube showing how to adjust themHas anyone else experienced magazine cycling issues on a Katran in .22?
I usually use a single shot loader, but last week I was using the magazines and often they would fail to cycle after 4 or 5 shots.
This is using JSB RS .22.
I don't have any issues with the .177 Katran.

Never buy a gun with extra Picatinny rails,KeyMod or M-Lock adaptors as your just asking for more expenseWho would have thought that before the Tactical rifles arrived, that you could end up spending as much again on all the add ons available nowadays.
The magazine holder doesn't even occupy a rail, it attaches via the blanking plate for the cocking system (on the Krait), leaving your rails free for MORE accessoriesNever buy a gun with extra Picatinny rails,KeyMod or M-Lock adaptors as your just asking for more expense![]()

Retail on a barrel is £300, if you are changing length then you need barrel and shroud which I package at £340, dont forget barrels are component parts and will need to be shipped to your RFDAnyone done a conversion from .177 to .22?
If so, how quick/easy did you find it and what tools are needed?
I’d be hoping to change barrel fairly regularly - is that possible?
@Mekon88 my understanding is they need to be ordered in from AirMaks - how much are they atm?

It was more an observation that they are dang small and the hunting scope was not a good choice in that scenario LOL I am debating putting an immersive 5x30 on the Lite and having it as a squizzer basher, being a .22 its not my preferred calibre for target workMoaning about the targets hmm
We gave out the best goodie bags at the show too.
Hopefully get into the workshop after Christmas and do my shroud mods.

Don't worry, there is a nice batch of both standard and L size in both calibres heading this way shortly, the very first Huma regged unit got built today at the factory, so a Lite in 4.5mm in either standard or L length is not far away and the UK will have the first batch in the WORLD am I good to you guys or what!Yuck.22 lol
Yes I agree the targets are small but if they were big they would be too easy they are my 100m practice targets
The first lite would be better in .177 lol![]()

Can it be used by bespectacled folk like myself tho? the 5x30 immersive has 30mm eye relief meaning I can actually use it, unlike the 10 and 14 mag variantsThe new Hawke 6x prism blows the immersive out the water Chris
