The AGF 2025 Friendly 10m Pistol Competition

Several days of decent weather let me do some practice and shoot this months card. Better score this month. Perhaps all the practice is paying off after all. Hand on heart 5 shots in centre group. Have made a note to shoot two cards of five next month. Now have two weeks to practice the 6 yard comp. Popped a pellet into the bottom 10 and it is defo a ten. Annoyingly have downloaded Target scan but it wont function with the Bisley targets I think it is due to not having the x ring.

Targetscan has Bisley targets as an option, so it should be able to scan then. I always put a piece of white paper behind the target when scanning, which helps.

Thanks for that advice ! I shall look further into the menu options.
Found it ! I just did not scroll down the options beyond the first 10 M air pistol. Many Thanks

Very nice target!
The scanned shot at 2 o’clock looks like it’s touching the 10 ring, no? Does the red ring around the pellet hole represent a .177 plug or ?
Looks like a 94 to me.

The hole only has to touch the line for it to count - it doesn't have to break it. The photo's not quite clear enough to tell if it's touhcing or not - it looks like there might be a tiny gap, though I suspect a scoring gauge might give you a 94.

It looks too me there’s a tiny gap between the two edges. So I’m happy with my call and I’m over the moon with a 93/x1

Boys I'm absolutely buzzing here. I've not had chance to shoot the pistol this month and felt really rusty.. got the cameras running for a pellet test video so decided to shoot my entry on film.

Card 1 is definitely my best 5 shot card to date..

This looks amazing now mate. Especially with the carbon cylinder and the ground weave pattern...

I've a big birthday coming up 😭😭 and was contemplating treating myself to a walther lp500 a pimped up one..

I'm torn now after last night with the preci pistol as it's really coming together now.

Maybe stick with it for a bit longer and see if I can get an adjustable trigger blade on 🤔
