I've got a Breeze 4-16x44 getting delivered tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing how it compares to my other compact scopes.

Had notification mines been delivered today, not home till late so I'll check mine out in morning, hope I've got the hat 😆🤔

Cheers, isn't that a minotaur with a different badge?

Well spotted, but not quite. I believe they're manufactured by Vector Optics to Sureshot/Keck's specs. The dimensions and reticle are the same. The turrets are different, as is the focus Bell, and the illumination switch/control is on the parallax side, as opposed to the rubbish push button affair on the Minotaur.

Also received mine today.

internal components but tweaked to improve, and less money for now and slightly better looking 🤔, I shall find out shortly, just got up and shall be opening the goodies after breakfast 🤩

Thanks very much for the link, I've ordered two. One with picatinny mount, the other with dovetail.
Free mounts, fantastic.
nice one , I shall report on mounts when I get my peepers on em, I've picatinny. Presumably gonna be rehashed westhunter jobbies for their retail price.

Just opened my package, overall thoughts and looks are good. Thanks first to Sure Shot Airguns for a well packaged item, ensuring safe delivery 👍🏻and a Brucey bonus free cap!!. The product packaging on the scope make it look a premium product with their choice of Matt finish green box and shiny gold writing. Upon opening box you're greated with a reticle card and instructions/warranty booklet and usual inside foam protection. Extras included a small screw in throw lever, CR2032 battery 👍🏻, small 1.0mm Allen key, Keck branded cleaning cloth, flip up lense covers. Scope finish is as good as anything else, my illuminated wheel is mega stiff but have a few like that, reminds of VO Veyron wheel, parallax wheel stiff but very positive, however the knurling is quite sharp, and latter distance focus is hard as past 200yrd to infinity there's probably only 1/8th turn to play with, but on a sub12 that ain't gonna matter, I need to check distance to parallax accuracy if its close or not. Image is nice and bright right upto full mag where, as you'd expect ,it drops off as with all scopes. Turrets feel very nice an positive, zero stop function works well, markings are nice and clear for us with aged related eyesight defects. So looks positive so far and hopefully a hop up from VO Sentinel, or better than a Minotaur?? TBH think its a cleaner looking version of, but could be optically better, we'll see? Onto the mounts, packaging bit Meh but for the retail cost, standard. Can't help but feel they are rehashed Westhunter offerings but not as nicely packaged 🤔. Time will tell with testing on the gun, but so far for £300 seems to be a good contender, early days for the brand I guess and will depend on their marketing department and product placement, keep your eye open

They look decent for the money but don’t have much elevation/windage adjustment at 40moa

To add to @danw71 post...

I would say that it's at least on par, if not better than the Minotaur at first glance. I won't know for sure until I have mine mounted and dialled in etc. My direct comparison is with a Gen 2 Minotaur 10-50x60 that I currently own.

Clarity etc, seems to be pretty decent, and the adjustments on mine are pretty smooth.

The turrets are more substantial and clearly marked than those of the Minotaur, and the 'clicks' are more positive.

In terms of the physical dimensions and weight, side by side they are practically the same length, with the Keck being ever so slightly shorter in the focus ring.

Weight-wise, the Keck weighs in slightly heavier at 942g vs the 933g of the Minotaur, which will likely be due to the beefier turrets, IR mechanism and the additional throw lever (weights courtesy of my kitchen scales)

A few unboxing and Minotaur comparison photos.

Classy and very sturdy box...

A lot of bang for your buck!

The scope itself...

Side-by-side comparison with the Minotaur (rear)

20251217_111641.webp

The saddle on the Keck is slightly larger than that of the Minotaur.

Practically the same size, although technically the Keck (right) has an ever so slightly shallower focus ring.

The packaged mounts, in this case, dovetail, appear to be functional and height-adjustable to boot.

Summary...

Until I have had a chance to mount and sight it in etc, and assuming the hype is true, then this is likely the benchrest scope to beat at the lower end of the budget market and very competitively priced too.
