Looks yes Handling, Sorry i dont agree the HW57 is one of the best handling lightweight hunter sporter springers ever made by any body, the balance endows the HW57 with the feel at least of a much lighter gun, they put a lot of effort into creating the HW57 and it worked perfectly.

I've owned a 97k, 98, 90 and a 77. All really good, particularly liked the 90.

Didn't like my friend's 80 or 95.

For me the out and out worst was an HW57 with innards by a former member who made replacement guide sets (I did put his user name but forum software replaces it with 'Deleted Member') it was just absolute shite. I no longer own it.

This was closely followed by two HW99's I have owned, firing cycle was OK at first but both galled - subsequently sorted and got shot of.

Strange thing is I have an early 1980's HW50 screw on end plug type and it is really nice to shoot - bit lower in power but seems so much better built and doesn't gall.

With me, I have to say my HW50. I have HW30s, HW35s, HW95s, HW97k, and an old HW77. The 50, while it is very accurate is not fun to cock. I just don't like when you get to the last 25 percent of the cocking stroke that the effort increases dramatically. If not careful, the barrel can jump out of your hand and snap shut. This has happened to me a couple of times. Otherwise, it's a fine rifle, but I would rather shoot my 30 or 95.

I would check the cocking arm hinge rivets not tight if you haven't already.

Thank you, Im holding out hope my local RDF has a second hand 22 in at some point for me to try. It was an absolutely stunning rifle, I framed of owning one as a youngster.

I’ve also heard the original theoben rifles have a much softer shot cycle as well.

Or just get a 22 hw barrel and do a swap. You'd need to drill a new hole for the cocking lever but not hard to do..

Hey, I moved the 177 on a while ago unfortunately. Despite disliking the shot cycle I wish I had kept it for tinkering.

. I must admit I was disappointed as everyone was raving about how good they were at the time. It felt like it had been strangled down to our limit. Much worse than standard new 80's I remember shooting in the 1980's. My old 35 has a lazy cycle but is dead easy to shoot accurately.

The little known and sized HW25 was the worst to shoot Weihrauch ive owned by a country mile. Trigger on par with a B2

HW100 - it functioned well but I just couldn't find any love for it whatsoever. None. I far preferred my existing AA410C. I absolutely love my HW35, 77k, 80, 90 and more recently 99s.

Mines the opposite , an older 2003 well used .22. it's as easy to be accurate with freehand as a PCP.

Members of the FLDS are known to practice polygamy. Rejecting the 1890 change.

Though FLDS have no relation to the LDS church. So I don’t know a huge amount about them. Never met an FLDS member.
