I will start it off. A good single malt Scotch although there are some pretty good blends around.

Red wine with coke - can't stand it neat. I know why wine tasters spit it out
Bourbon or Vodka - again with coke
If I haven't done my shopping in time - whatever alcohol is left in the cupboard

If i'm in the mood for a beer it's either an IPA or golden beer.
