Hunting Thermal or Digital Scopes What You Using.

I use thermal spotter and Zulus. Spotter has a threaded mount which I've fitted a picatinny adapter so I can mount it on the side of the scope if needed to help pinpoint quarry

The image isn't great at 70m on my 3-12 but you'll definitely see with the PiP enabled, can't comment on the 5-20 but believe it has a better image at longer ranges

Should I go for the 520 or 312 Zulus, I will be shooting mainly 25-70M

5-20. As above it has slightly better image quality and still works OK at shorter ranges (e.g. ratting) if necessary. The sole limitation vs. the 3-12 is that the LRF only reads down to 10m but that's never been an issue for me. I zero at 35m and the 20x is very useful for seeing where .177 pellets are landing!

I have a similar set up Pard 008P LRF and a Hikmicro LE pro Thermal 10mm they work very well together, I turn on the thermal and leave it on all the time im shooting the battery life is amazing about 15 Hours,

There are the best bang for buck there is.

The thermal just allows you to scan a big area with minimal effort and find fallen quarry much more easily
