Solware seems to have updated their website but now I can't log on. Tried to do the password reset but the promised email hasn't arrived. Anyone else ?
They are one of my nearest RFD's and I have bought a couple of rifles from them with really good service. Perhaps the new website is better but I can't help buy think that sometimes company's change websites and other for the sake of it ! If it ain't broke......
 
I can view the website and got the offer of a voucher as a new customer but I can't log in with my old name and password.
 
I had to wait a week or so for one rifle but the other I bought from them was in stock. Couldn't fault them when you're face to face with them. The only other RfD I've been in was shooting supplies in bromsgrove. Had to wait a week fir a pistol from there but they also seemed friendly and its a lovely , light shop with more space and good displays. Totally different atmosphere but happy with both establishments
 
I went on there website last night and wouldnt complete a sakes transaction.
Tried again today and managed to complete a transaction to then get a message to say no real money has been paid and nothing has left my barclaycard account as of yet.
So haven't got a clue what's going on 😳

I am still unable to login but have had a look round the site. I am not impressed as it is much harder to 'walk round' the site. One thing that really irritates me about any website is when it restricts you to viewing a small number of items 'per page'. Some will allow you to choose ALL but Solware it's 16. Why? You have to scroll down to see the items so why introduce pages.
It does look like there's a lot of ongoing work on the site - it's changed a lot since yesterday, but it is nowhere near as user friendly as the old site. Hopefully they will reintroduce some of the old style features but somehow I doubt it.
 
I've just made an online order today and its processed OK.
I did one last week that didn't go through so re ordered the same items today and payments gone from my account.
