This is my 1958 brno 581.
Recoil pad to increase lop. Hawke rimfire scope. I'm lucky to have 3 mags for it.
The previous owner had the barrel shortened. Looks okay with a slim moderator on it.

Thanks I went for a small scope. I feel like some of the modern bins look a bit much for the older guns.That's a bonny looking sporting rifle
With the mod it's about the same length as it would have been anyway.

Great rifles, I had a CZ511 for years. Easy to strip down and all steel and walnut.

The trigger isn't easiest to strip on the 581 tbh.
Definitely not a gun with a lot of plastic in!

Not a trigger for the layman to mess with. Very easy to end up with a full auto
I had a gunsmith polish mine but there is only so far you can go. It did smooth it out noticeably.
