What about if they cant actually pay? What happens then? You can't be forced into a sale just because they say yes please when they cant actually pay for it.You were negotiating a deal with @Lakeside via DMs...and somebody else put a yes please on his sales thread...
Doesn't matter what's agreed behind closed doors, first yes please on the thread gets the item.
We class that as not reading the rules properly bud.

Just wondering if the other bloke got a ban when I did as I sold to someone else because they couldn't pay. Although my ban was for selling to someone because they didnt say Yes Please. Although the rules at the time said the person who says yes please gets it, even though they couldn't pay. Just seems a bit messy to me.

Edit- I had about 20 offers over various platforms as well. Didn't even need to sell on here
. Ah well. Lesson learnt.
If you can't pay then surely why would you say yes please? ....confused!

The "buyer" was banned so unable to access DM's for payment info.

Correct. Agreed a deal price. He then said he couldn't pay in one go straight away. I said I wasn't doing that. He then posted Yes Please but I sold to someone else who could pay.. who didnt say Yes Please. So the new purchaser and I were both banned. No idea what happened to the time waster.
