Reximex Mito Accessories – Tried, tested & recommended

The rail from @PartTimeLegend arrived today as well as a cheapo bipod from Amazon and wow!!! I thought I’d missed my 3rd and 4th shots and then realised that they’d gone through the same hole that had been made! Really happy! Although I realise that it highlights how awful I am when shooting non-rested :-(

I've made one about 2mm longer than the ebay one and reduced the shoulder to 5mm which makes the top and bottom stick out roughly equal, i've also made the o ring recess at the top per the plastic ones.
I much prefer the look and can be pulled out / pushed in from top or bottom.

Need to find some tiny o rings now.

I’m working on a few designs I plan to sell here but these were made as a favour to the community so I hope things are okay. I’m sure someone would have told me if there was an issue though.

I’ve sent you a DM about what I have left. It’s about a dozen and I’m not making any more when they’re gone.

I’ve done plenty of prints for people on here who have reached out to me asking. Basically if you can find the files for something you want I will probably print it for you. I’m fortunate my printers are in my detached garage so I can print toxic stuff without poisoning myself.
 
Someone has helpfully updated the original barrel band style fitting model that doesn’t fit with the new tighter shroud.


I’ve printed one of these for myself and it still slips around a bit. It’s touching the shroud so I’m not sure if there’s much that can be done for an absolute solid fit other than using some really fine tape.
 
Can anyone recommend a suitable mod adaptor for the mito? Only ones I've seen on the web are like £16 which seems a bit steep...

Not the bag/box you sent me? Otherwise, no. I bought it second hand and there was no adapter. Didn't notice or think about it at the time 🙄

If it’s second hand they might have broken it or lost it. I feel like there’s a definite market for these bits. I have 2 for some reason but you normally only get 1. It’s a little male to male connector.

The issue with printing one will be all the layers being sheer points. I made one for my Lieva and I’ve snapped it twice already.
 
What is it, a plain short straight with the Reximex metric fine pitch thread at one end and 1/2 x 20 UNF at the other, with a machined square shoulder for the mod to clamp to? The threaded end that goes into the pistol has to be precise too, the inside butts up to the barrel and the outside faces onto the chassis. There may not be much metal but there is a fair time involved in making one, for £16.

Yep, that's right. It's M12x1 to the shroud and 1/2 unf to the mod, I believe. The one I saw was on ebay, a plastic printed article, £12 + £4 to post. Perhaps that's not unreasonable, I just didn't know if there was a "goto" that those in the know, know.

You need to find a little old bloke with a metal lathe in his shed and get one turned
