The HW 30 will arrive this week so sorting through my available scopes.
The Taurus 4x16x44 is a great scope but is quite heavy for its size and i dont have dovetail rings for it.Its fitted with quick release picatinny.
Taurus 3x18x50 has dovetail mounts but maybe overkill.
Little 3x9x32 is what im hoping to fit if i can get good eye relief.Got a cheek riser that goes on the stock attatched by velcro just not sure if the distance from eye to scope will be ok. The stock is the JNR version so hoping it will work out.
HW silencer will be going on as well.
Spring time and spring is defo sprung.

I quite like a small scope on it too. That is a 3-9 x32 I also have small 3-12 x 32 both work well from me.

Longer scopes tend to “feel” too big for me. The above is a Veyron 4-16.
Below the gun is the original (4 x 30?)scope that came with it and the original barrel weight.

Its only a small rifle, so its easy to overcook the glass.
Mine has a NS 1 - 4 X 24 LPVO on which keeps things simple.

I agree, you don't want to be putting heavy scopes on this rifle and there is simply no need. It's not a HW95 or HW80 with that kind of range. Keep it well balanced with the 2-7x32 or even smaller 24mm objective.
