To be honest I wasnt quite sure what I had bought when offered this at the range .
All I knew really was Titan had been associated with John Bowkett and this rifle had a nice stock . Early PCP not really my thing , nor bullpup types . However this is so light , comfortable and good looking it was hard to resist. Didn't have a clue what they are worth .

Having searched , I believe it is a MPT from the 90's ?

Any pearls of wisdom welcome

Need to sort out the scope mount arrangement .

Nice find! Yep, looks like a Titan MPT, pretty rare these days. Light, well-balanced, and classic Bowkett engineering. Scope setup can be a bit fiddly, but once sorted, they shoot beautifully.

I kinda like the loading arrangement , adds a bit of character . I agree , its very well balanced and pointable . Accurate too .

Very nice, took me 30 years to get mine, what's your problem with the mounts? I could do with a set of those if you don't want them

Fill pressure 170-175 max , a foster fitting screws straight on the fill valve if it hasn't already been done. Easy to pump up with a stirrup pump, with the resevoir being so small. Think you get around 30 shots per fill but I've never ran mine down to see just top it up after each use. They have very good lothar wather barrel on & love jsb stratons in .22 as well as FTT's & superfeilds.

Not too much of an issue , I just don't think it needs a reach back mount and it feels like a slightly higher mount will give me a better position , it feels like .the cheekpiece is high relative to the barrel line .
Another reason is I could use the reach back on another rifle - sorry
