Fly fishing

Me and 3 mates had a couple of days on farmoor a few years back, from memory it was later in the year maybe July , it was scorching.
The methods in the day were out in the boat, I pulled snakes, my mate fished buzzers, and snakes slightly outfished the buzzers - it was pretty non stop, and the best spot was up near the drain in the corner of F2.
In the evening, we fished from the bank, and only 12/15 yds out, buzzers 8ft under a bung- it was absolutely non stop.
The farmoor fish seem to pull like no others, my mate had a take that burnt his fingers, I could smell it from the other end of the boat.
Out in the boat, I was recovering a decent brown of about 5lb, and when doing so leant just a bit too far forward, and for a bit long into a wet line tray. As it inflated, I didn’t realise what was happing at first, I just felt the world closing in around me as my mate pissed himself.
