Ahh it's easy! Pop it in some hot water for a bit. Then use all your weight to push the piston down onto the seal.

If you do it correctly on the kitchen worktop, you'll rapidly accelerate in one direction with no chance of stopping. Do this 5-6 times whilst hurling obscenities at the cat. Job jobbed!

Jesus, how does anyone fit one of these? It's that tight that all I'm doing is damaging the inside of the seal when pressing it in. Am I missing something? Other than talent obvs. Pro Sport for referenceView attachment 653922View attachment 653917

Don’t know if I got lucky, or if the part that holds the seal on is slightly undersized in my tx, but I fitted one of these this weekend in about 30 seconds. With the seal face down on the palm of my hand and then twisted the piston into it with a bit of force and it literally went straight on.
