I’ve been informed evert is sharing my pics on the bbs which I don’t lot consent to nor anyone else doing so I’m no longer associated with that forum nor do I want to help them in any way!

It’s an unfortunate part of posting anything on a public forum, that it instantly becomes open to all and any. It’s good form to ask permission, but not legally required.
I once shared a picture of the aftermath of a gas explosion in Shrewsbury to the BBC.
The next day that same picture was on the front page of three national newspapers. Nobody asked me if it could be used. And when I enquired who gave the BBC permission to pass it to others, I was told “Sorry, it became public property the second you shared it without copyright.”

Mundilar nicked one of my vids off YouTube and put their logo in the corner ffs 
Rabbit Wrecker lost it when a shop was using his pics . Post them online and they will get used . There may be a way to stop it but it will still happen.

I was amazed to see a picture I took of a blocked road and sent to someone to help them out on the front page of a local newspaper but once you have shared it all bets are off.

sorry i first put one of your pics on there earlier then i removed it after you asked me to....your pics are free to see on Google images if you type bsa lightning clx Your pics do show up.

Feel for you buddy, anyone wanting to share your post/photos etc should at least have the good grace to ask you first, very poor!
I find it a lot in life now that people just take it upon themselves to share something or make a decision that is yours to take, without consulting you.
You must have me confused with somebody else.

Unfortunately most pics posted online can be used elsewhere.
For example, in our rules and terms it states we can use and do what we want with content uploaded here.
Also you'll find alot of images posted on here will show up in Google image searches.
