Agreed HFT 500 great starter rifle. The trigger however is crap and the gun is not regulated.

I would personally say the trigger isn't crap, it does however require careful adjustment to get the absolute best from the three sear design. So far I haven't had a need to change the spring in them.

As to not regulated - not really an issue, it is designed work efficiently as non-regulated and it performs very well, the longer 480mm cylinder increases the air volume and give significant increase in the number of sweet spot shots over the regular 400mm cylinder.

The hft500 is a very popular rifle for benchrest and great value for money.

Good timing. I'm thinking to sell my XTI-50 in Red laminate which I've successfully used in Benchrest and won lots of competitions with. I've also got a whole sleeve (5000 pellets) of JSB shorts in Die 35 which are its favourite setup. The gun is also fitted with a Falcon X50i plus (50X) scope. I've not advertised it yet but it's a ready to go competition rig. Reason I'm selling is that I'm not using it any more, I shoot mainly HFT. DM me if you're interested and I'll let you know when it's ready to go up for sale... need to do photos etc and I've not really thought about price yet either. It's the full FT spec, but I have the HFT cheek riser too. I hope I've not broken any forum rules posting this, I'll do it all properly when the gun is for sale.
