I have just made an adjustable butthook for my HW97 which I settled on PETG with. Using ASA I find getting screws in was causing cracking as it would not flex.

I’ve got some harder TPU I might try using for parts of it.

maybe too flexible
if its pushing air out, it may push the cones in - causing pellet strikes?

PETG is probably the best material by far & ive used it for pretty much this exact purpose for years & thousands of muzzle mounted devices without issues. (cept a few odd colours years ago)
