This is no longer the country I once knew

I disagree,
And it absolutely is NOT apathy, it's rejection of all options after careful consideration.
For your vote to make a difference there has to be a party worth voting for.
One that represents your values.
I'm sick of trying to work out which one is the least terrible and voting for that one just to keep the others out.

I've made this comparison on here before, I know I have, but at the risk of repeating myself here goes,

If you had to choose between a kick in the right shin and a kick in the left shin, would you choose.
Something unpleasant is going to happen whether you do or don't.
If you choose then the person delivering the kick can say "this was your choice, you asked for this, I'm only carrying out your wishes"

Welcome to voting in the UK
Your choices, on the whole, are not much different than ours , really...you just have to vote sometimes, to the best of your ability, for " damage control". To fail to exercise ones voting right, though, is still apathetic. I've been " kicked in both shins" yet, since I turned 18y.o. ( legal voting age here) I've not missed voting in an election. If nothing else, the fact that you exercised your right to vote, gives you the right to bitch about political outcomes/ miscarriages/ travasties... If you fail to vote, while your vote may not make a difference in the outcome, your right to bitch about the situation is forfeit, in my opinion. In conclusion, if folks did as much , effort wise to change their political siuation as they did just griping about it, things would possibly work out a whole lot better.
I've spent time & effort raising monies for, getting out the word, & contributing to causes - some I win , some I lose, but at least I made an effort, no matter how much in vain - at least I tried.

I know not the nuances of your political system & may be out of line here...however, I see mention of a few, who' ve not bothered to vote. By not casting your ballot, you are part of the problem, rather than part of the solution. Apathy never changed anything for the better, only the worse. " Your American Cousins" , en masse, showed up at the polls & voted to rid ourselves of feckless, backward, virtue signalling idiocy & ststus quo. Our chosen leader is now on the march to stamp out corruption, grift & useless spending - y'all could do the same.
Whilst I don't agree with you choice of candidate I strongly agree with the sentiment of your post, always turn up to vote, even a spoilt ballot paper is counted.

Apparently we are all racist who think this 😖
its absolutely shocking what our governments have done to our country.
Ive seen a clip on facebook recently from someone recording in Birmingham , there must have been over a 100 asians stood around with balaclavas /masks on and some with Palestinian bandanas on up to no good. WTF is going on.
Now it seems the government are flapping and showing us all a video of 19.000 illegals being deported haha i think more migrants snook in on rubber boats in the past two months than what are being deported. Obviously the do gooders are now complaining saying they have rights 🙄 some hotels i know of are full to capacity with migrants
Teessides the same, linthorpe road in Middlesbrough is like a high street in the middle east or congo, gone are the good old British value shops , now the road is full of fone fix shops , fast food shops, chicken shops , vape shops etc etc .
Ive also noticed a big increase in the afriacn migrants who just seem to walk about the town aimlessly in groups looking at there phones and smoking .
Some lad Middlesbrough recorded some asian fella blow torching some chickens on the bottom of a shopping trolly in the back ally behind a take away shop last year lol
Its like Bangladesh out there .
Sore point for me all this.

On paper our choices are not much different to yours.
In reality our choices are Liebour or the Consocialists, and it doesn't really matter which of those gets in, you couldn't get a credit card between them policy wise.
I'm sick of pretending we have democracy and playing along with their daft game of choose your dictator from a list of two practically identical candidates.

Farage is an unknown quantity and if I am persuaded to vote for anyone it will probably be him.
He hasn't been in power yet so hasn't had the chance to Fk us over, but he's a politician, so he probably will.

Take a look at how often Farage has turned up to parliament to vote, or how many surgeries he's been present for for the people of Clacton, should tell you all you need to know.

He may well be " your" Trump ? You may not like our brash Mr. Trump, but you can see that his main program is to upset the apple cart that is institutional political " business as usual". IMHO, y'all ain't got much to lose w/ Farage.

Don't know why you would think I wouldn't like Trump.
Big fan, can we please borrow him for a few months.
Farage might be the best option we have, which is a sad reflection on our available choices.
He's a wet lettuce and will change nothing, but there is a slim chance he won't make things any worse.

No assumptionns made as to whether " you" liked our President or not - more of a general statement...as to borrow 😊, his hands will be full, here, for sometime, getting the weeds out of the pubilc garden that is Washington, D.C. .

Absolutely my viewpoint! Show me someone who deserves my support and I will vote for them. As I understand it, in Australia, voting is compulsory, but there is what amounts to a "none of the above" option, so you can register your dissatisfaction with all the lying, cheating, self serving scrotes. I have long wished we had such a system here, because I firmly believe that "None of the Above" would achieve a landslide victory. Then the candidates would have to start coming round knocking on doors to find out what their putative constituents actually wanted them to campaign for. I have never had a politician come round to any door I have ever lived behind (as I think I have mentioned before). How can I vote when nobody has ever asked me what I want my MP to do?

But the don't record it other than as another spoiled paper. Suppose your constituency had 100,000 voters. 99,750 put in spoiled papers. The blues get 126 votes and the reds get 124 votes. Result, Blues get in on a 100,000 turn out, with just over 50% of the vote. That's it till the next election, and all the papers get destroyed. The fact that the vast majority spoiled their papers will maybe be a brief topic of conversation while the polling station staff are clearing up. No one else will know or care.

It has to be possible to get our once great country back on track.

Just look at the other side of the pond. Donald Trump is delivering on his election promises and the globalists are quaking. What we need is an inspirational leader in a similar vein. The popular vote is out there. We just need someone to harness it.
Looks like another puppet to me 👍

I smell a council tax revolt growing among the people - are the people finally finding their backbone I wonder hmmmmm
When the people finally realise obligation cannot be forced on them and that councils print their own summonses and the liability orders - which ceased to be a legal document in 2003, which actually makes the council an Administrative Court which is illegal, and goes against their own rules as stated in the councils OWN COUNCIL TAX HANDBOOK (available to buy on amazon), what will the people do?
And when the people educate themselves that bailiffs CANNOT enforce payment, CANNOT remove the peoples belongings and cannot FORCE their way into a home under the guise of a non existent non legal liability order that doesn't have a wet ink signature on it, what will the people do?
And when the people realise that non payment of council tax DOESN'T get recorded on their credit score and is a CIVIL matter for a CIVIL court and not a CRIMINAL matter for a MAGISTRATES court, what will the people do.
And when the people realise they can use the councils own legislation against them, what will the people do?
And when the people realise that council tax is FRAUDULENT, what will the people do??
PEOPLE, LOSE THE FEAR, EDUCATE YOURSELVES,
AND STAND IN YOUR BLOODY POWER FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIVES.
WE ARE GOVERNED BY CONSENT ONLY - DID YOU CONSENT TO BE DEFRAUDED?
YES YOU DID. YOU MADE PAYMENTS!
ARE YOU GOING TO CONTINUE TO CONSENT?
WELL THAT'S ON YOU.

Anyone who does the above should make sure it is legal to protect themselves and not wildly follow what they see online.

After you, I've had goods removed from debtors by high court enforcement officers for unpaid judgements awarded by the civil court, cars taken, wages garnished, charging orders on properties. It might be worth trying if you own nothing and earn nothing but that's about it.

Well, it's started.........

This is a perfect example of why you should not inbreed - your children will be idiots.
Diddling your sisters and first cousins is a bad thing. Even the more stupid animals in the animal kingdom know to avoid it. There must have been plenty of inter-family love here because this pair are positively complete f****g morons. 😆

A sobering thought is they’ll have a whole community unified behind them, as well as our government for support. 😳

Not deported partly due to chicken nuggets . The Nuggets are those who allow this to happen.

That was the start of the avalance of Albanians, who now control huge swaths of OC in the UK, and transfer the proceeds home to invest in the boom times where they live, ie. The Balkan Conflict. Just as now really they cottoned on they could say they were an opressed type from Bosnia or wherever.

Home office checks seemed to be, "well, he looks a bit swarthy, and talks funny, right'oh, in you come mate"

That's why now folks rock up without passports, so they can say they are from whichever conflict or country presses the right buttons.

Also just say you are young to get extras, or a certain religion or sexuality or political leaning and opressed, there are social media groups run by people smugglers FFS that have all the advice on the best ways to fool our hapless "border control".

It's so easy it's shameful, and the shiny arses who allow all this to happen, and total unknowns and ex killers and all sorts in, should be in the dock themselves.

Meanwhile in the UK as a citizen tax payer, hurty words on social media, 3 mph over the speed limit, car parked 5mm on a white bit of paint, or even a freaking few seconds too slow paying on a app...

Or want to do a bit of building work on your own propery, bit of damage to your legally entitled passport at customs, etc. etc. and you are subject to minute examination and harrased by all sorts.

We truely are a laughing stock.
