Small one from Poundland . Just the basics although I added more to it .
Scissors on my Leatherman Wave which goes in the same pocket in the rucksack.

Got one in the car also.

I had a similar one when I was one of the 4 first aid people on my shift. Mostly dealt with cuts and there was a large grab bag one in the first aid room also.

The rest is mostly plasters .

Prompted me to check the expiry dates on mine and share a pic. Not needed for somone off by themselves with a sub 12 to the range. Just depends on what you are doing I suppose.
AFAK.webp

Standard fully stocked first aid kit plus trauma kit: multiple trauma dressings i.e. Israeli Bandages, C-A-T tourniquet, two chest seals (entry and exit) and Celox dressing to cover large numbers of adults and young people shooting air, small bore and centerfire.

I feel it's not acceptable to be looking after young people doing a shooting activity without being prepared to handle worst case scenarios. Just plasters issued (to adults) so far. Pre planned procedures, risk assessment, training, and sufficient qualified supervision are there to make sure it doesn't go any further, The goal is that luck is not needed: layers of safety to allow for human error instead.
Carry all the same in my daily bag and in my car, including NP's and OP's.

I don’t carry a first aid kit with me when shooting but do have one in my van, so guess I have access to one when needed 👍🤕

I carry a full hospital in the car 🤣 I've got skin staplers skin glue iodine hibiscrub everything you will ever need to close big deep wounds to thorn pricks. Skin stapler has been a godsend to both me and the working dogs til I can get home to the vets minimum of 2 1/2 hours to the vet I use. I stapled my shin back together after kneeling on some rebar in a cover patch ferreting good as new some flowers of sulfur to dry it up and click click I'm fixed 🤣😱🙈

I carry a small well stocked kit in my range bag. More First Aid than Trauma related.
In the boot of the car, I carry a very comprehensively stocked Trauma bag, containing Tourniquets, Celox Gauze, Chest Seal, Israeli Trauma Dressings and similar equipment. It is a slightly whittled down version of my Response Bag, which I carry when I do Event Cover.
With my background in the Fire Service, I feel it necessary to carry some equipment with me at all times. It has come in handy on two separate occasions. 🤕👍

Qualified First Aider, I always carry a small First Aid Kit as part of my EDC. I have a better equipped one in my 'dog bag' that I take out on dog walks, and a large one in the car.

I have a IFAK trauma kit in the vehicle just incase.

Rhino Rescue do a fairly good value kit with all the essentials for around £100.

Got first aid kit in car & van
I’m usually in one or the other when using any of me rifles 👍

I used to carry a box of plasters when I did a lot of shooting with Flintlocks, have lost pints over the years:D otherwise I just have a first aid kit in the car

Carry one in my work van, not just for me, if I should see an accident, also have a Co2 extinguisher for the same thing, nothing worse then burning or seeing someone burn to death.
The first aid box contains a miniature bottle of whisky, plasters, bandages, torniquet, tcp, and eye bath, and needle and thread, in the movies they always have a shot of whisky for most things, must have got the needle and thread from Rambo?, mentioned the whisky once when doing a first aid course, the instructor did not find it funny, I did, having a dark sense of humour .

Did cut myself badly once on a lathe, committed the cardinal sin, moved some swarf, curling of in a strip, with my fingers, it caught round the chuck, and tore my thumb right up, bled like a stuck pig, wrapped a dirty rag around it, had to go to AE, 8 stitches, still numb in parts now.
Then once, shot myself in the finger, pellet buried itself to the skirt, did feel a little faint with that one, had to lay down, then got up and pulled it out with a pointed pair of pliers, working dangerous machinery should not be really done on one's own .

Just to cap of my list of calamities, the same lathe kept cutting out when I turned it on, plus all the lights, the trip went, turned out a wire had rubbed through the insulation to the bare metal, so, the trip saved my bacon, another time, it could have all been different?.

Never had a first aid kit of any sort so no

There are probably a few plasters around the flat somewhere and gaffer tape or superglue are often close at hand but not managed to do anything that requires more than that in a long time and if i did it would be beyond my capabilities anyway Shrug tt

A simple household first aid kit for the air rifle club

For bang bang shooting, battle field dressings, several bandages, couple of tampons, tape, scissors, clean plastic sheet and something to relax you and a decent mobile

I ticked nope, but then again I only shoot in the back garden 🤣...
All needed first aid, disinfectant and bandages are only a few meters away!
+ Standard First aid pack in the car.
Never hurt myself during this activity yet. I don't see it happening with the environment I practice in.
Now DIY is another matter! Still got all my fingers 😁😂. and I do take all the precautions I can think of.🤚🤞

i carry my chainsaw medical kit in the truck, in the car I have a comprehensive medical kit (wife a nurse so she specs what’s carried)
