Improved it a bit in mouse settings. This all depends how fast your mouse can react. Old slow mouse = slow time.

I had a cop car go through a red on me at a junction leaving work today, mine tested OK.
I now know why they usually change the siren at junctions, no hope hearing the normal time when they are going for it.

0.031 is humanely impossible. The fastest ever recorded human reaction time is 0.101 seconds. You would have to press the mouse before the signal is processed by your the eyes, sent to your brain and back to your finger. 0.031 is as fast as a computer.

Right, you can cheat it. Press the mouse like a machine gun really fast before the light changes and you get silly times. I've just got this. My fastest was 0.055 which is not possible as a reaction time.
