When you shake a Weihrauch rifle one day and it sounds like a kind of rattle... what causes that?

Usually the cocking arm linkage, best solution is one of these QR pins , loads of grease , and often some shims

Hi pal the 3 I've sent will fit all HW breakbarrel rifles except for the tiny junior HW25, do you require another pin?

Its down to poor maintenance there are generally two scenarios 1. it has already been neglected and not lubed properly and you now have excessive clearance or its just bone dry, and both scenarios it simply needs grease to stop it rattling, and or in extremes worn linkages need replacing. .

Front sling swivel on my 95 it turned out to be after much long than I care to admit after noticing a noise on firing (not the sharpest peanut in the turd me....)

Could be all the spare coins jangling in your pockets coz you didn't need to buy a Dive Bottle or Pump for your Springer ??

I see there's no response. It's very simple, but I was very surprised when I removed the wooden stock and screws, and when I took it out I saw a trigger adjustment screw... I almost lost it.

It's that very small, headless Torx wrench, size 8, I think. Well, I did what I'm going to do with all the Weihrauch wrenches: put a little acrylic paint or threadlocker on them. The paint holds up.

Imagine what happened when I was raising and lowering the rifle and something inside was making a noise. I removed my Hawke Vantage 3-9x40 scope and it turns out there's something inside that's making noise too.
But to my surprise, the rifle was also making noise because it's a Weihrauch HW 95, which I've had for a few months... (The scope and the rifle had conspired to make noise at the same time.) .
It's the first time this has happened to me in so many years and with so many Weihrauch rifles...

I do find that the screws securing the oily bits to the stock (or the other way round if you prefer) on my 35K can work loose.

Yes, thank you very much, I put thin plumbing tape cut to fit each screw and they work very well, no problem.
