What was your first motor bike ?

My first one was a BSA B31 350 single which was the same vintage as me and my mates (1954), we were about 10 or 11 at the time but had access to plenty of fields and quarry roads. We had to push start it as none of us was heavy enough to kick it over 😅 Wish I had it now......

many field bikes as kids, raleigh runabouts, puch maxis. Hit 16 and Suzuki AP50 then several BSA Bantams. Honda 400/4 before turning to the dark side. Still ride 10" wheel italian shopping mopeds

A gutless Suzuki X1, same as this one

1954 BSA M33.
Did the 'Direct Access' course in order to be able to ride unlimited size, and on my test (taken on a Honda 500cc) I can remember the examiner, on being told what I'd bought, laughing through the earpiece headset and telling me to enjoy being able to travel at 70mph as it would probably be my last.

@Trumpetier my first bike was very similar to your second one , my first was a Yamaha XT 125 . Loved it apart from the one time a bee flew into my jacket, the XT wasn't that good at an emergency stop !

After a quick search on the internet I found one

Lovely old bikes👌

Hands Up who else put a splodge of Castrol R40 in the petrol to make it, ‘smell nice’?
