What the bloody hell have you lot done to me

I’ve just looked at my gun spreadsheet (yes I know it’s sad 😂) and since coming back to the hobby I’ve bought guns at a rate of 0.9 per month, and sold at a rate of 0.05 per month. I ran out of space a while ago but I “need” them all and there are many more that I also “need”, so I shall be moving into the garage and the guns can have my room 😂😂

Well it's been a year so I've bought at a rate of 1.0 per month and sold at a rate of 0.0 🫠

Actually it's worse because I also bought this for my brother-in-law but I don't think presents count, right?

TBF, we aren't much use for much but we are a solid choice for apportioning blame. (y)

Although in my case, I'm also universally acknowledged as being a 21st century Adonis and, as such, represent a uniquely fine human ornament.

You're short a bullpup, a self-indexer and a nerd-mode benchrest setup imo!

Excellent collection there. I have a similar problem to you. I downsize by getting rid of what I'm not shooting but then I've filled the space in the cabinet by the end of the month

I see the problem. In that first pic you can see what looks like a wardrobe or some other kind of furniture. If you remove that you will have plenty of space for another few weeks or so. Then just find the next thing thats in the way like sofas, cookers, walls...

When you do something you don't mess about! I'll give you that 😂
That's some collection in a year.
And there are some good guns there.
Luckily I can't hit a barn with a pistol! Let alone narrow it down to the door. I don't have the eyesight for it anymore. So I'm spared that particular addiction.
Makes my five rifles in the last 18 months look like amateur numbers.
Right I'm off to the sales section!

It is good to know the addiction, is not a "remembering being a lad" thing, as many people seem to assume.
I don't quite understand what it is about guns, or why they can be both tactile and rewarding to use.
Anyway that is far too much thinking for one day.

Good to see the collection growing.
