Vector paragon

So is mine, everything from around ten yards is in focus. What's going on with yours?
 
Fact sheet says 100 yards parallax setting, and shooting at around 25yds image is very slightly out of focus. Perfectly clear at 100yds.
 
Try moving the ocular adjustment, I know it's supposed to be for the reticle but it has an effect on focus too on mine.
