Does anyone own this scope or a similar Vertor?
It ticks a lot of boxes for me except one, the 100yd parallax it's set to, so I was wondering if it can be reset or if anyone has actually done it to this particular model?

I do it to mine, not this one model though, on the Continentals, it's as easy as doing it to a leupold. But I have failed once in the past and that was a falcon. No damage was done but I didn't want to go OTT on the force. Even spoke to falcon and they said best leave it be. Its a personal thing some are happy with 6 or 8x set at a 100, not me makes me feel a bit sick after a while looking through them at normal airgun distances. Also once it's done no more fiddling.
Regarding the victo, ideally you need someone who has specifically done this model to pipe up, they could be well glued in place or free turning.

I’d be interested in knowing about the Continentals, just bought myself an X10 1-10x FFP, thanks @ged

This is possibly for the 10/22 as at the moment I'm running a WTC 1.5-5, it's ok for mini rifle on x1.5 but x5 power I find isn't quite enough at 50 yards.
With this vector I'd ideally want it parallaxed for 25ish.

No your one but l have re-parrallaxed a few scopes and found this to be very useful in get the retaining off…

Got it off eBay.
I use these on all my scopes, apply the pressure but doesn’t damage the tubing, even on the hardest thread locked Leupold.

Also great on removing gauges on air cylinders it used in pairs 👍

Looking at the end of this scope I don't see a locking ring only a honeycomb sunshade unless the image was edited for a clean look......

Do you think they use the same body tube but put better glass and turrets on for the Continental?
I don't think so, the tubes on the Continental range are made from 7075-T6. The victo does not say in their catalogue so assuming it's not the same.

I like the look of that scope but only gives 1/5th mil clicks, so 1 click at 25 metres is 5mm. Depends it comes down on how precise you want to be. I've used 1/2" clicks @ 100 yards(3.175mm per click @ 25 yards)and was o.k but 1/5th is a step in the wrong direction. Unless I have my maths completely wrong 🤣

There will be a screw thread which disappears into the body of the scope. Often treadlocked. You need to melt the threadlock with heat or solvent. Then you need to turn the thread apparently anti-clockwise to reduce the the range it is set at. Be quick as the lock may re-set!
