Hi guys,
I've read the relevant posts in the forum but they're all quite old so I'm hoping for a little wisdom.

I've picked up a full length Uragan 600 which is great but I'm trying to move the bipod forwards as the existing bottom picatinny rail seems very short and makes the rifle feel unbalanced.

I bought an Eaglevision 240mm Picatinny extension which attaches to the factory short rail and puts the bipod where it needs to be. Trouble is that it flexes as it doesn't attach to the bottle cage. I've tried a spacer between it and the bottle cage but that's not great either.

I've read about the AGT factory extended rail which seems expensive and also out of stock everywhere?

Can anyone help? Do they know where I can get an extended factory rail (new or second hand) and/or is there a much better plan that I've just not thought of?

Many thanks in advance

I've recently removed the bottle cage from mine, which also had the full length picatinny rail on it.
That also flexed.
I tried all sorts to try and stop it flexing, but nothing works really...
I've since found that the 240mm Arca rail by Eaglevision is a beauty, paired with a short Eaglevision pic rail attachment up front and its a lot more solid.
The cage will re-fit on the arca rail with a bit of tinkering, but I've never really been a fan of it anyway.

Thanks @Rich48.
I’m currently undecided.
AGT do make an Arca rail that does attach to the bottle cage but it’s £150 which seems very steep.
I think maybe I’ll try and shoot off the short rail for a while and see if the problem is in my head.
The flex on the long unsupported Eaglevision extension is definitely not the answer on its own.
