Tx200HC .22

Very nice .22 TX mate. I have got a smallish 2-7 x 32 scope on my mine aswell.
I use it most weekends, It was tuned by an ex member on here and it is the best TX200 I have ever owned ( and there as been a few 😂 )
I have never bothered with a silencer though I think they spoil the look but to be fair your Q Tec looks a good match and if it works that's what it's all about.
Enjoy your new rifle 👍

The Qtec mini does does a great job on the short barrel without adding adding much length. Mini 111 mm standard 219mm.

I like the the old rimfire Leupolds they have an ultra fine reticle and really crisp glass.

I did buy have a Matt Winser one years ago which he made to measure, it was abot 100mm long if I remember rightly and didn't look too bad at all.
I have never seen a Leupold but I have heard good things about them over the years.

The MW mods look very sleek.
UK Neil made me one for a TX years ago, it was only about 2.5 inches, smaller than a Hugget Atom but did make a difference when I was shooting in the garden.

Wow 2.5 inches is tiny. I was going to buy an Hugget Atom but Desmond 22 had one and didn't rate it on his TX200 so I gave it a miss.
I am in the mindset now that whatever I shoot at is usually a lot louder than the sound on a springer, the only totally silent target is a lump of blutac on a piece of string 😂

I've tried a few backstops but I haven't beaten a good mound of sand or soil, it's pretty much silent. My daughter was playing with some Blutac as I read that, I might have to borrow some.

I also use a big lump of blutac as a pellet stopper when I am testing my power through my combro.

I replaced the 2 breech seals (BS108, NBR, shore 70 and I had a bit more practice, bench rested on a bean bag under 20 metres.

I tried fitting the Bisley sling barrel mount but it was driving me mad, I just couldn't get it to tighten and with the nut having no flats or slots. I'll try a different style barrel clamp.
