Would it top up a 3L tank from 200-300 bar? How long have you had it? Any issues at all?
I use my Tuxing (different model) to top up my 3L from 170 to 250 ish and usually takes 20 mins.

I did take it to 280 once and from memory that took three lots of 20mins with good cool downs in between.

I am on my third one, the other two I had only used to pump up rifles and both gave out. One after 18months and one after about 5mins

Have a search on here, there is a lot of information

Save up and get a Hills.
Had the tuxing, gear shaft snapped. Replaced and worked great for about 20 fills then took forever to get to pressure. Replaced all O,rings valves and what have you. Still wouldn't pressure. Was good while it lasted but built to a budget.

If you want to fill 3L+ bottles the water cooled (Ying Tong) type as linked to by @trebor2020 above would be my choice of a low cost point compressor. The type you've linked to in the OP are not suitable for anything over 1L'ish in my opinion.

I went from a Tuxing clone Vevor compressor to the water cooled variety for filling a 1.1ltr weekender bottle and the water cooled one is a huge improvement for filling anything over 500cc.
The rule of thumb is that the harder you push them the shorter there lifespan as i found out using my vevor to fill the 1.1ltr bottle.

The one you listed I'd fill a gun directly but not a cylinder,,I have the water cooled @trebor2020 type which I would not fill my gun with but use it to top up my 3ltr and 7ltr cylinders.

When you have your own compressor, do you really need to go to 300 bar? Going from 250 to 300 is the hardest work it will do....to prolong the life I'd not go above 250.

Also, do you really need 3L when you have a compressor? a 2L or even a 1.1L may do you for a day at the range - especially if you fill the gun before you leave home so you are fully full :-)

I went from a Tuxing clone Vevor compressor…
Small point, but It’s not a clone, it’s a re-branded Tuxing. Vevor, like Nomad - who charged an obscene amount for doing so - don’t make anything that I am aware of, they specialise in re-branding Chinese products for non Asian markets. A clone would be another company copying the product and passing it off as genuine Tuxing, that isn’t what is happening here, just as BSA don’t clone the GX, they order a batch branded as BSA, Daystate do the same with Coltri etc.

I have a 5l bottle I fill with a Yong heng water cooled compressor. I rarely use it after getting a tuxing and 500ml Aliex day bottle.

Hi All,
I use the GX CS4, which will fill a 7L bottle with ease.
It has a rating of up to 450bar, so even the Hubens can be filled from it to maximum pressure.
I've had a few compressors now, majority cheap, with the exception of the Hills.
The Hills was very loud, and I soon sold it on, but the GX is superb.
As most have said and in my humble findings, don't over work these compressors.

Don't actually own one but have considered getting one. For direct gun filling they're probably okay an that's what they're intended for. They not intended for filling large or larger capacity bottles/cylinders and shouldn't be used for that.
Not sure what their life span is and will of course depend on how they're used and maintained, but looked after and used properly a few years perhaps.
I don't know what the spares availability is like or whether any are even available. But owners who have needed spares will be able to answer that.

Tuxings are infinitely repairable - all parts are readily available and are cheap on Aliexpress.

I use the yong heng and I use it to fill rifles too takes between 1 minute and 2-3 minutes depending on the rifle its spot on.

You'll find that for anything larger than a 1.1l cylinder you'll have to keep cooling it, stop-start. I don't take mine over 45 degrees which I'm hoping will prolong it's life.
