As per title has anyone got one ?

I have one on order in 6.5 PRC which shouldn't be long now . Just wondered if anyone else has taken the plunge .
I know its basically just another T3X with a new Skirt on , but i think it looks a bit sexy to be honest.
And will make a fantastic stalking rifle / long range hunter .

I think so too , theres quite a few add-on bits in the pipeline as well .

Of course being Tikka/ Sako there no doubt cost a small fortune

They do look great. I've got my eye on the Target version with the heavier barrel although can't decide between .308 and 6.5 Creedmor. Was surprised that they were so much cheaper than the TACT A1 though. Really good value I think for what you're getting.

If i was in your boat i'd go 6.5 creedmoor .

Yes they are cheaper than the Tac A1 but theres a lot less to them
They have been designed with " Hunter PRS " in mind as well as a stalking so weight needs to be under 12 lbs to stay in factory class
So there is ....
No folding stock ( yet )
No over barrel hand guard ( yet )
No double stack magazine ( although you change the mag well and put the 10 shot double stack mag from the Tac or CTR .) so for now its just a 5 shot single stack .

You add all those bits on the price will be quite a bit more than a TAC A1

These rifles have been designed to be modular from the off , so you can add the bits and bobs as you want to suit your needs as you go along .

6.5 Creedmoor is definitely the way the wind is blowing . Personally, I'm not interested in the folding stock or the over barrel hand guard, and the 10 round CTR magazine is stock, or at least in the UK, on the T3x ACE Target. Might feel differently when I eventually handle a TAC A1 though.
