the logun-ator

Your a fortnight to late in afraid
Currently bed bound , can't stand, sit, walk let'alone even "get" to my workshop to do anything
I know the gun very well. I've one sitting resealed for a gun shop here.
There a simple AND hard gun to fix, I know the exact seal that had failed but it can be a bugger to get too, and it could also need a new valve that I "used too" make
All I can say is hold on a while, send me a pm in a week or so (wish full thinking there) and hopefully I'll be mobile again,................hopefully.
sorry to hear your not well wishing you a speedy recovery and will message you soon. thanks wayne :)

Hello Mick,
To help with your recovery cut out all carbs and just eat fats and protein.
So any fatty fish, eggs , cheese, any fatty meats.
This will help to bring down inflammation.

I want to say and ask the question why is this gent not been awarded a Honorary status?

He is always helpful, he is a brilliant service / repair technician, he adds brilliant value to the forum in his posts( they are informing and have a good humour to them).

Where would we be without our one and only
the logun-ator?

Please can we reply to the thread to show our support to him.

Thank you Maz.
Don't know, but could it be something to do with how much you've donated ?, just wondering ?.
I would like to donate but I don't know how too exactly ?, perhaps if it was a bit more clearer for thick people like myself that are not so savvy with online stuff, also would like to have a go at the raffle ?.
But doing it by bank transfer just for one raffle ticket, seems awful over kill .
Do have a PayPal account by the way .

Just an update lads in case your wondering
Sort of mobile again, managing a couple of hours max in the "shed of plenty" daily (thank fook, had withdrawl symptoms)
I've a few to sort out then I'll be taking more on, though not to the extent as before.
Can't drive the car (too much pressure on the syatic nerve) but thankfully I CAN ride my bike (praise the lord lol)

I had the pleasure of meeting Mick aka the Logun-ator in person this week. I popped round his house and what a great bloke he is, very friendly (still waiting for a cuppa though 🤣) and his knowledge of all things air rifles is unreal.
Would have stayed longer vit he had a previous appointment .

Good to read the update on your progress Mick. Literally a slow and painful process but you will get there.

Dinnit dee ower much marra. Gan canny.

Just take it slow Mick! Doing too much, too quickly is how you crook yourself again!

Only just spotted this thread and 100% agree, Mick is a good bloke and a font of knowledge, helped me out with loads of info in my early days of AGF1.

Hope you get well soon mate (y)
