@SteveB13 What do you think of the Interceptor ? I was thinking of the 411 Scram for next year …
I absolutely love it. It's got the right balance of great handling, good looks, easy maintenance, good fuel economy (78mpg) and an excellent price. I also like that I can use all of it's 47bhp legally (well mostly). Most bikes I've owned have had 94 to 125 bhp plus and I don't miss the extra power. No problems over-taking and the engine / exhausts sounds ace. The stock exhausts sounded good but the ones I have fitted probably weigh about 6kg lighter and sound awesome.

The only downside is it gets more attention than any other bike I've owned. That means a quick getaway from a cafe, dealership or petrol station is often not possible as people always want to chat about it lol.

I did try the 350 Bullet but I felt I wanted a bit more power. I think the 411 motor is more refined, although I've not ridden one.

I came across this bike on YouTube. It's a 250 V twin two stroke made in Wigan.View attachment 23370
Only 125kg so I bet it's fun to ride. Bit pricey though.
My old gaffer (and good friend) was the second person to order one. I've been to their workshop with him to see their outfit. Good guys, gave us tickets to the bike show at the NEC. I have a few photos and videos on my phone from when we went over there. The main man used to work for CCM.

He should be taking delivery in August. He wants me to test ride it for him, I'm the only person that will ever ride it, as my gaffer is in a wheelchair after [you've guessed it] a bike crash back in the 90s.

Expensive ornament, but he's a proper petrol head. He can still drive a car using hand controls, and his main drive is 700bhp Audi S8+

He doesn't do things by halves :D

Not mine but an Awesome bit of Kit I saw recently...

I've not tried the new 350 classic but I know a few gents who love theirs.
I am not one for old British bikes normally but I really do fancy one of the new Royal Enfield 350 Classics just for popping to the local biker meet or cafe. Good value for money too. And they do over 90mpg. I really like these.

Considering it costs more than my first house I bought I don't think I could justify paying that sort of money.
I have had two strokes in the past and love the smell, I'm like the Bisto Kid.
I think I'll but an old petrol lawnmower and put some Castrol R in the mix 😂

Just sorted the engine breather out this morning. The original early model breather was from the crankcase to air filter, then emissions legislation forced some bad production decisions that I've just ammended.

Suffice to say that you'll struggle to buy one of these in Switzerland or California!

Now out for a test. It might be a long test 😉

That does look nice. I can never imagine something like that clean going off road somehow;)

To be fair it's a bit of a trail bike but in reality it's not ISDT spec, just a road bike conversion.
It does manage pretty well on light trails though. I am surprisingly endeared to it!

Beautiful Mr Bond, just beautiful.(y)

I'm a Polish and look at person mostly, so would panic if dirty
I like to ride. Most bikes, the cleanest they are is the day I buy or sell them!

For anyone interested, I just got 74 mpg on the latest fill up, country backroads, no motorways etc.

The breather also works now, so I can feel a beer coming on. 😁🍻
