My last bike was a 1996 ZX6 that I bought new and sold when my daughter came along in 2001.I sort of agreed to not ride until the kids had grown up.That time has come but at 54 with dodgy knees I'm not sure a new ZX6 is the way to go so thought about a Z650/750.I'm a bit miffed to see the new Z650 is a twin:( I really prefer the sound and feel of an inline 4.As I'm looking for something less than 4 years old I think that rules out a Z750?I really like the new Z1000s but think maybe it's bit too much for my needs.Decisions,decisions.
I quite like the look of the Triumph Speed/Street triples but I've always been a Kawasaki lad:unsure:
I have always been a Kawasaki man too. I owned 5 z650's (the old ones) over the years, 4 z750's, 2 z1000's (old ones) and new models of the z1000 too. I have also owned many different GPZ models too. But I think they did a great job on the Z900RS. I absolutely love mine.

Now for the Ducati enthusiast’s who couldn’t make it out to Italy this week for the week of celebration I found this one, hope you enjoy it.
Opp’s looks like you’re gonna have to go over to YouTube.

nice enfield, i was very, very tempted to get one of them.

Now that is a thing of beauty!

Always read Bike EXIF every week as some of the items are worth reading, so for those not familiar, what do you think of this one , love it or despise it….

My current stable:
BMW R1200GS. Bought new in 2005 as a present to myself after my divorce. Now has 85,000 miles on the clock, and has crossed a few continents.

I compete regularly in Twinshock and Pre65 trials, this is my 1984 (ish) Yamaha TY175 engined Whitehawk:

Though that spends more time in the shed now, since I started building this beast in 2017, A 1959 Triumph 3TA engine, in a Drayton frame:

Also in 2017, a very close friend had a serious accident while we were on a motorbike trip in the Dolomites. In an attempt to get his mojo back, in 2019 we took a two week dirt bike tour of Iceland. This is my KTM 525 "Touring" pictured here at the highest rideable point on Hekla.

My partner also has a BMW 650Gs and a Kawasaki KLX 250, and her daughter has a Beta 200 Rev 3 trials bike. There is an old twist and go Yamaha Chappy, and loads of pushbikes. My garage is like a Tardis, only messier!
Cheers
Mark
