I've been waiting for the revised version of the Pulsar Talion to come out and it arrived with UK retailers this week. I ordered from Blackwood Outdoors yesterday and it arrived this morning. Happy days!

I'll need get a lower rail for my Steyr, but I've stuck it on to get familiar with how it works.

Give us your first impressions after you have used it a few times. A talion may be my next purchase possible Christmas present for my self. :)
 
Go on Keith, get it bought now bud,I use my Senopex s5 during the day also no need for a daytime scope,Mark.
 
Luckily the pro x top rail is removable and rides on a dovetail 👍 just get some dovetail to picatinny adapters and jobs a goodun 👌

Nice purchase 💪 I had set my sights on a thermal scope this year it decided it hold fire until all the newer models are out, its looking like next year now as half the fund went on a compressor 😁

keep us posted anyways mate 👍 also might be worth putting up a wanted ad I'm sure plenty of us have spare adapters etc kicking about 😉

If that weaver rail of the Steyr is attached to a dovetail rail. You could just buy a couple of dovetail to weaver convertor adaptors.
With the clearance of the Talion mount also, these might work and lower it.

Although from using a bullpup myself, i.e the Impact, I know that I prefer the scope higher, rather than lower a more comfortable cheek weld and eye position .

Quite interested in this myself, can anyone answer if it can be used during day without thermal? Can’t seem to find anything or on YouTube. Basically so it can be left on without having to swap to a day scope.

However, thermals do tend to work best at night when there a bigger temperature difference between live animals and their surroundings.

Any pros/ cons with use you have found now, after a few week?
This is the one I have my eye on for a potential buy 😀Thinking maybe sit on a leshiy being fairly compact.
