After reading one of your ( The Steyr Man ) earlier comments I took your advice and got some to try the other day and I have to agree so thank you. I have 3 Steyrs now but not your faultThere a quality pellet Andy.
Even better in my opinion are H&N Barracuda FT 9.57gr.
Steyr UK do not provide demo guns for the Youtube reviewers so anybody wanting to post online content would have to buy one, so kind of delays things until one of us hobbyists takes the plunge and either make a video themselves, or loan their new gun to a reviewer
Bipod turned up today so another excuse for a new pic
Now wearing a Magpul CTR stock and Ergo rubber pistol grip… Wilson Combat lower rail covers and of course a UTG Mlok rail mounted bipod which is light and gives a really stable platform
Pretty cheap as well which makes a change
First tin of pellets finished as well and consistency is amazingly good, but as a side note a good reminder to always check your power after a tin or so… the power has gone up from 11.6 to 12.6
No anti tamper on these so easy to turn down but a thing to note… always check guys View attachment 972981

Not really counted to be honest, I just tend to shoot guns until I notice it’s low or they drop off reg

Personally I have always though scopes on AR15 platforms are a bit odd
The original stock is rock solid actually, considerably less play than any of my FAC AR15's actuallyLooking good that, Very nice
How is the original stock on these any sign of wobble? Also like already asked have you attempted to put a conventional scope on this? I do appreciate that you probably had no intention of using one anyway

Wasnt the problem getting the magazine out of these which is why the 10 is hard to scope up ? With the scope further back I mean. I dont think its the same issue with the 5 unless I have caught the wrong end of the stick.Could you not turn the one piece mount the other way around
Nope it would put the scope over the mag opening so you could not load it...Could you not turn the one piece mount the other way around
