Hi everyone, i am having a problem with the above retailer, and i am asking if
anybody has an email address of somebody higher up in the business,as i am getting the run around.
Please pm me if you can help.

Thanks.

Have a look at this info

have viseted the dorset and newport stores a few times ,newport the chaps are great ,dorset not very intrested in air guns ,but they are /were a pile it high sell it cheep ,not much on the warrenity side of things ,if it was out of its warenty pierod no chance ,not even good will gestures ,but thats probly the same with everybody ,the guns were cheep enough to take a chance , saying that i have quite a few i purchased from them 15 odd years ago ,,i have noticed over the years the prices have risen to match other shops ,they were very reasonable at one time ,not so much now ,so i just use my local rfd,

Looks like they've had your money already!

Well I’ve got to say never had any issues with them, even when my wildcat had to go back as it wouldn’t cock straight out the box, than after two weeks develop a leak back it went and on both occasions the lads were good as gold, as has the rifle since than

I found the Newport store friendly as I spent a while looking at the springers before I bought one. No pressure from them either.

Sorry to hear you've had problems with SGC. Very helpful email correspondence with Exeter regarding hard to find HW. (HW40 .22)
They eventually found one. Picked it up from Newport - very pleasant bunch of guys in the store - despite me being a 'foreigner' from England.
Mind you, the Newport store is a bugger to find - thank heavens for sat-navs.
