Did that include the retail shop and cafe?

2018, and yes shop, gun shop and cafe included.

Turnover of 1.5 million for pretax profit of 100k. These will be valued on turnover and profit rather than land, though I would imagine a remedial impairement might be involved and reduce the sale value compared to pre tax profit.

Ive been there, lovely ground and great for clays but the air rifle facilites are poor at best.

have the not finished the new rifle ranges at Orston. meant to be 3 new lanes with embankments for high powered rifiles being built.
