Having seen and responded to a member's recent post on hold sensitivity with springers, it set me thinking about the shooting gloves that seem to be used by quite a few members.
Most people recommend a light hold with springers to allow them to 'move' but all the shooting gloves I have looked at on the net have material on the palm to prevent that. I quote from the Anshutsite "Top Grip sheet avoids the sliding of the sports weapon". That appears to contradict the advice to let the gun move, or am I missing something more subtle?
I will admit that I don't use any special gloves when shooting my springers, just my normal walking gloves and then only when it's cold to prevent shivering! My grip, and accuracy, are the same with and without gloves.
