Sharp Innove plastic repair

Am I sealing a leak a friend and a piece of plastic has broken off.
I have the pieces. The shroud looks like it's been whittled down to fit.
What has anyone used to successfully bond these back together?
I have pvc pipe glue amongst others.

It's bloody strong stuff, with multiple uses and comes in a few different colours.

Ooh, been butchered that has! maybe build it up with instant metal epoxy ? The innovas plastic is not good at bonding with most glues though, think it's military grade polymer I heard.
