Reximex or Kral?

My advice if you do decide to get either make is to make sure you test fire it, over a chronograph, before you leave the shop, or ensure that the RFD does that if it’s being delivered.

The reason is that they all come with a test certificate from Range Right but from my own personal experience, with four airguns that have come through them, is that those figures are complete fiction.

Otherwise when you do get one that works, as it should do, they are fine and although the quality isn’t anywhere near the likes of Weihrauch, Air Arms etc they punch well above their price bracket.
 
Try and chat to tuners, people who have had to try and set them up properly and make them better. Their views will be honest and harsh and will help manage your expectations. They know.....

To be honest, I was drawn to the tactical style, and felt that since the 03 was the newer model, it would be an "upgrade" on the 02. It was the first pcp I got and I would probably choose differently, starting from here, so to speak.
The shot count on the 03 is quite reasonable - I get a good 80 shots between fills and rarely want to shoot more than that in a session, so hasn't been a drawback.

Shot count isnt that important if it has more shots than you will need hunting, or you have issues refilling or just want to sit at a bench and rattle a tin off, other aspects like weight, length, fit n feel all have a say in the end

Yes I’ve seen a few rfds putting false info in the box, it’s why I now buy from BigDan as each rifle is checked and you are given the results, he is not a box mover as he will check and often tweak them. I know has offered tuned or better set up new guns like the pretensis
 
I have a pretensis and it's very good.You could put any number of pellets inside a 5p at 30m.
Out of the box the trigger is pretty much single stage. And there is no adjuster for first stage only for sear engagement.
There is a very simple modification that vastly improves things.
You shouldn't have to do it on something brand new but it's 5 mins with some wet and dry.
It's a shame because they could do it in the factory in seconds.
Oh and the stock you basically have to finish it yourself if you buy walnut. I quite enjoyed it actually.
Would I buy another reximex? I plan to yes
 
I have a myth and i love it
I've had no problems
,,it's not picky re pellets,
I happily spend 2hrs at the range,constant 5p groupings
Only thing I've got a niggle with is the magazines, one goes in easy the other is a little awkward, just could be me🤪
