No expert but can not see it creeping up much than 11.5lb,if thats the pellet thats makes most power.

Great write up. I'm thinking to get a TBT kit for my new to me 1980's BSA Supersport .22. I hope Tim can sort out a short stroke kit for me.

Power is usually up a little after fitting as mild dieseling always occurs, so give it a short while to settle before going medieval on it. A couple of dozen shots usually suffices.

Our kits give the correct power in the vast majority of cases, but there will always be a few guns that are significantly more, or less, efficient than the average

Update on my situation with the TBT kit. The power has settled to around 11.4 Ft lbs with JSB Diablo 8.44 gr. And around 11.2 FT Lbs with Barracuda 8’s. Laser accurate! And much less recoil. Probably still settling in but very impressed. Hats off to @Tinbum
