Personally, I prefer the first (small) one, provided it's as effective as the larger one.
Naturally, this is a personal opinion and a matter of taste.

bothhow does the silencer adaptor fit on, is it a friction fit or grubscrews?
Hi, I have a year old TM1000X, I see that the block on the new ones has a few differences , 1 of course being the ability to fit the cocking handle on the left? Has anyone compared the 2 , the new one and old side by side? I find that mine shoots best with H&N Barracuda FT’s , have shot a few 6 shot groups off around 15mm at 50 yards front end on a bipod butt in the shoulder? At 35 yards 8-10mm.
It’s a loose fit no grub screws…how does the silencer adaptor fit on, is it a friction fit or grubscrews?

To be honest I just prefer my guns quiet. it has got a bark to it thoDid you put a reducer because it is really noisy?
don't know why he's glued his on mine's got grub screw'sGlued it on
So without bonding it on how would you nip up a moderator? Surely it would spin….
Bit naff on a 2k gun they should have screw cut the barrel! (I’ve got a TM1000 on order)..
Okay, I understand your choice; I also like the reduced noise. To be honest I just prefer my guns quiet. it has got a bark to it tho

trigger's set to light, can you undo action from stock and move it over centre?Well I’ve just collected mine
Mines same as yours no Grub screws so I’ll be contacting shop Monday
I also have 2 other issues.the trigger when rifle isn’t cocked you pull first stage trigger returns. When rifles cocked you pull first stage and it stops won’t return by itself? Is yours the same.
Second issue the cylinder is touching one side of stock at front and clear other side
