QYS .22 Pellets

I said I would give these a go. Here are the results of my first go with the QYS .22. (20 grain) pellets v JSB Hades.

I did not zero the scopes so I expected the QYS to drop a bit. 6 shots per group 25 yards. Bipod with gun in shoulder.

My opinion… not a huge amount of difference in the groups.

Quite a lot of difference in the cost (as already mentioned) of these pellets so I will stick with Hades. I am lucky to have been given them.

I have done a bit more testing. My opinion remains the same. Good pellets but no better than others. I will buy a tin of 17 grain when available to test them.

I have not weighed individual pellets as I don’t have that facility. Quality seems equal to the .177 pellets. No deformed pellets found in my tin.

At present prices are more expensive than other equally good pellets. If tins of 500 were available at the same price as (for example) Hades pellets then I might buy some.

In .177 QYS streamline are my go to pellets.
