Question about FAC limitations

This question is for my own edification as it does not apply over here. My friend has a new Air Force Condor Slug Rifle, and he is shooting a 40-grain slug at 1600 fps. That works out to be appox 228 ft lbs of energy. Would that be legal for a FAC holder?

Yes, that would be legal in the UK.

in the uk for a fac licence anything over 12ftlb we are not restricted by power just have to have the correct cal on your licence to allow you to own it.
