Protek Supplies - Telephone Lines

I popped along to the shop yesterday and we got to chatting about all sorts of things. One point that came up was the shop's issue with their telephone lines. The good news is their phone service is now back with their original supplier, so all is working as it should.

However, the shop would like to hear from anyone who may have experienced issues when calling them between August 2024 and May 2025. An example is exceptionally low volume to the extent you cannot hear the other person speak.

If you had such an experience while calling them, please get in touch with Vic or Phil through their website or please call them as they are collating examples to then pass on to their previous telephone line supplier.

I'm delighted to say the Ombudsman has found in Protek's favour.

The shop extends a hearty thank you to all who contacted them with support and examples.

They now have a telephone system that works!
