Little while ago I bought a buckmark magnum literally as a first test mule, cheap hack job project gun just to see if I could actually a usable little pistol carbine.

It's not pretty! It was never going to be much more than a learning process as I'm very new to altering stuff/metal work etc so I'm perfectly happy to accept any form of criticism 🤣

I've not taken too many pictures but hers what I have so far...

getting the barrel shroud off was a pig of a job and getting the carbon tube over the barrel was also a pig of a job.

I did think about shortening the tube before putting it on the barrel but I've got to cut the tube actually on the barrel anyway to accommodate the muzzle adapter for a moderator.

Plus I kinda wanted to see what it might look like with a twenty inch barrel 🤣

Hopefully I'll have the folding stock on it but lunchtime tomorrow.

Sadly I've got alignment issues with the mod and muzzle adapter judging by the lead clippings on the floor.
Not all that surprised really considering it was put on with a rubber mallet 🤣

Looks fantastic!

(Reminds me that I need to take a mallet to the barrel of my UZI… and bend it back down)

It actually looks good, haven't zoomed in though looking for the gouges and rubber mallet marks😉
I'm actually pretty chuffed with it.
Just ordered an Acog for it so I can do away with the red dot.

Next job is getting the muzzle lined up and then hopefully finding a way to make the trigger a bit less of a workout
