Had to get creative when making a mount for mine, uses the trigger guard/weight pole threads to bolt on
My printer is in my office and I print stuff whilst I’m working so that would never occur, bed plate cleaning or not.Yeah, not perfect, I admit to using it as hyperbole! But you would be operating under a misconception there - presenting the "Blob of Death" (no really, that's what it's called!)

If your print doesn't adhere to the bed, and nothing catches it - the extruded filament can start adhering to the nozzle over and over and over - this will total your hotend, and in a Bambu where that is all proprietary, that's going to be a damn sight more repair time and cost than just cleaning the bed once in a while.
The LACK enclosure is good, and is basically what I'm using - but not as cost effective as it might seem at first, and really it isn't up to handling "fumes" due to the large unsealed gaps between the panels. I don't know what it costs in the states, but acrylic sheets are pretty expensive here in the UK.Thanks for the constructive suggestions. For some reason I don't think I got the notifications for this thread and for various reasons I haven't come back to this project. Think I'm going to grab a reel of PLA-CF to try but only when I'm happy with the prototype prints. Will also try flipping it on its end to print. I did try it upside down but wasn't happy with the results.
I'm not ready for ABS as the printer isn't enclosed yet. I've got some plans to build the "Lack table enclosure" to control the temp better but even with that the printer is in my WFH office and I'd need to consider better ventilation first.
