Poison and Lynx when hunting?

Never Never go into the field smelling like a Tarts hanky, don't touch fishing bait with tainted hands, when using maggots I will immerse my hands in the box, mitch21 😃😃

I usually go out shooting after a day of graft.Never have a shower or spray deodorant beforehand.Saying that probably stinking of sweat is just as bad as deodorant? We have all heard about pissing around coops etc to deter foxes and even rats so not sure if smelling “au natural “or a bit of deodorant is the way to go.🤔

Surely it is illegal to poison Lynx ?
Just joking, however feebly.

What often amazes me is the overwhelming cloud of scents with which many young people surround themselves.
Not a huge issue for me generally but some of them trigger my Hayfever which is bloody annoying.
Probably not "Poison" or "Lynx" though?

It is worth mentioning in this context that smoking anything (tobacco, weed, vaping etc) is going to leave you smelling really bad to the rest of us - and presumably not wonderful to rabbits or any other animal who will generally stay as far away as possible from any smoke.
The people doing the smoking will often fail to be aware of this - which included me when I smoked.

I seem to recall that any SAS and other "Special Forces" were aware that the native population would often "scent" them out when in hiding - maybe Vietnam as well?
It seems reasonable to assume that rabbits have a better sense of small than most humans.
