POI Question For FTP900 Owners.

I will watch this thread with interest as to date my ftp is the only gun I own that is untouched 👍🏻
 
🙂 Ive a bog standard FTP9 Tricky as you know i shoot through the winter . Ive never noticed any shift summer or winter even on minus 2 to 7 days .
I will have it out today for some fun . currently at minus 3 here
 
Thanks for the replies folks. I don't want to add a stripper on all honesty, I want a full length shroud fitting as I will be shooting the rifle in the back yard so need noise reduction without keeping the rifle standard and adding a moderator. 👍

Shrouds take to much away from the rifle in my opinion.
mine standard is happy shooting silly groups

I had Hal make me a moderator which was excellent and looked very similar to the standard stripper but I fancy going down the full length mod route in truth, if it doesn't work out for whatever reason then I'll just go back to basics.

I’ve been looking to buy either the knurled adjustment knobs or the tri spoked ones, can I ask where you got yours and if you know the thread sizes?

Had them custom made m4 and m5 or 5/6? I have some spare but they don't have a blind hole.
 
I’ve already been on AJP’s website as I fitted some smaller knurled knobs on another gun and had the same issue👍🏻

If it shoot straight. you know what they say if it aint broke dont fix it .
once they go wayward mate there hard to get back . and that so called barrel band actually acts as a harmonic damper .

This mornings freezing fun . 3 groups of 3 on the heart and took the points of the A out at 25yds .

To be honest I think you're dread right, I've been thinking about things since putting the post up and I may scrap the full length shroud and go back to a moderator.
