Hi this Friday I called at Pickering guns on my way to Whitby. What a good gun shop its small but packed with quality guns Airmaks, AGT, FX, Brocock and a few i have not seen before. I handled a vulcan v3 synthetic but got off lightly just coming out with a pack of shootnsee targets and a HW XLK silencer which was £25 cheaper than my local shops. Staff are friendly and know their stuff. Well worth a visit! (y)

Great shop. Always call in when I’m in the area even if I don’t need anything in particular. Super friendly little doggies too. I’ve shamelessly pinched this photo from their Facebook page, hope they don’t mind.

No no no non no, you THOUGHT you got off lightly, you will be back with a fist full of cash or a credit card. I only went into browse and look at a Mk1 Hw80, I had no intention of buying it, none whatsoever, I walked in the shop and Rob was seductively sat on the stairs wearing a welcoming smile, I uttered no more than 3 words then found myself going upstairs with him, eagerly I might add 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is my Mk1 HW80 I got from Rob

Bought my first PCP, an AirArms S410 Carbine from this RFD about 15 years ago along with an AA Silencer and 3 litre dive bottle to complete the kit, at that time they did me a fantastic deal on this and whenever I’m in the vicinity I always drop in for a look at the brilliant range of airguns. Often wish I’d kept that rifle as it was so accurate it even made me look like a decent shot !

Drove down to them to have a look at a Krait, great little shop. The used Lelya and Uragan pricing was a little strong by my reckoning, but I didn’t get to the point of negotiation, so perhaps the final deal may have been better.

Agree very much with the comments thus far... had holidayed up to nawton near pickering. We discovered the shop on route to pickering station. The shop has a heck of a lot of stock and in honesty well worth a call if looking for something new. Like others they are happy to transfer pcps etc to a local gunshop. I think the prices are slightly higher certainly than direct person to person sales but I think you will get support and great service so perhaps a few extra pennies there. I think direct contact is best as the team are small and they wish to update the Web site etc but time is a struggle. I will keep an eye on them for future trade.

110 mile round trip for me but it's become my first port of call for anything I need.Rob is an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.Service is excellent and the shop is like an Alladins cave.

Pub opposite is quite reasonable too… it’s where I have been known to mull over purchasing decisions or drown my sorrows afterwards, or as last time the impending doom to my finances 😭
